- I came to Christ in 1965..I was deeply impacted by the witness and teaching of John Wimber. John was my mentor from that time until July of 1997 and I benefited greatly from this. I have had lots and lots of highs and some severe and serious lows; the church has crushed me like a bug and embraced me and brought healing to me as well. It has been quite a ride. I try in these blogs to reflect on all of this in one way or another.

I never saw it that way before ... but yeah ... it DOES seem like the "seeker" churches are hostile towards believers. I am not a pastor ... but I've worked at 2 large seeker churches for a combination of about ten years.
